Wellbeing Break at Bodysgallen Hall

 

Bodysgallen Hall is a delightful country house hotel situated in 200 acres of glorious grounds. This autumn (28-30 September), the hotel is hosting its first Yoga, Fitness and Wellbeing Break.

Run by experienced Yoga Teacher Cathy Ibbotson and specialist Fitness Consultant Simon Lacey, this two-night weekend break includes accommodation, full Welsh breakfast each morning, two lunches, two dinners, half a bottle of Champagne, yoga, piyo (a workout blend of Pilates and yoga) and stretch classes, a full body aromatherapy massage and full use of the spa.
