Destinations include China, Sri Lanka, Morocco and Vietnam, with expert Titan tour managers who bring solo travellers together by arranging pre-dinner evening drinks, pre-dinner meetings, and dedicated dining tables for the group.

The new Worldwide brochure also includes brand new tours in Asia, the USA and Canada, Africa and Europe, offering a fantastic selection of destinations for everyone. Here’s what’s new.

China and Japan – Timeless Traditions

China and Japan fascinate with extensive histories, intriguing cultures and breathtaking landscapes. With their fingers on the pulse of technology and fashion, their capitals stretch outwards and upwards, with record-breaking skyscrapers sitting alongside countless ancient treasures. In this new 18-day escorted tour, Titan has brought these two countries together, offering the chance to see the ancient practices that continue today, including Tai Chi near the Temple of Heaven and a tea ceremony in Kyoto; discover the importance of their largest, oldest and most spectacular temples; see China’s incredible Great Wall and Terracotta Warriors and view Japan’s unforgettable Hiroshima and Himeji Castle. All discovered with the aid of small boats and three journeys on ultra-fast bullet trains.

Departing on 24 March 2018, prices start from £4,699 per person (saving up to £400 per person) including 16 nights in hotels and 1 in flight, scheduled British Airways direct flights, 19 excursions and visits, the services of an experienced Titan tour manager and local guide, and Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service.

Contrasts of the Cape

South Africa’s most southerly province offers spectacular sights and some of the country’s most important destinations. In this new 17-day escorted tour (departing in 2019), one of two new South African tours in this brochure, Cape Town offers the first opportunity to embrace the country’s culture and history with significant places like infamous Robben Island to visit; and the first chance to appreciate the continent’s beautiful coastline, where African Penguins inhabit Boulders Beach. City life then gives way to tranquil villages with an adventure along the famous Garden Route and Wine Route, plus four safaris to spot the Big Five, the chance to meet ostriches and watch for whales, and the chance to enjoy an incredible meal cooked by a multi-award winning chef, paired with wine produced within Franschhoek – one of the world’s best wine regions.

Departing on 31 January 2019, prices start from £2,999 per person including 14 nights in hotels and 2 in flight, scheduled British Airways direct flights or Emirates flights via Dubai, 14 excursions and visits, the services of an experienced local Titan tour manager and guide, and Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service.

The Garden Province of KwaZulu-Natal with Lesotho

Also new for 2019, this brand new 14-day holiday explores KwaZulu-Natal, which is rich in Zulu culture and the beautiful diverse nature of Africa. Oribi Gorge, for example, is a haven for birdlife and offers the first of many opportunities to spot a leopard. Then, venturing into the dramatic Drakensberg Mountains the tour navigates the spectacular Sani Pass into the Kingdom of Lesotho. There’s the chance to learn about the vicious clashes on the battlefields of the Anglo-Zulu War, before returning to nature with game drives in Amakhosi Private Game Reserve and three nights on the edge of Simangaliso Wetland Park; one of the most beautiful spots on earth. The unique subtropical coastline and swamps, lakes, coral reefs, wetlands and forests offer the chance to witness a truly outstanding level of wildlife diversity.
