Sedona Suites to Unveil Luxury Apartments in HCMC

Sedona Suites will soon unveil new luxury serviced apartments in downtown Ho Chi Minh City in early 2018. Strategically located in the upmarket District 1 and housed within levels 28 through 42 of the city’s landmark, Saigon Centre Tower 2, the Grand Tower will add 195 luxury apartments to Sedona’s portfolio.

Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City’s Grand Tower, with its contemporary design and varied amenities, epitomises sophistication and understated luxury. Its interiors feature modern décor with hints of Vietnamese cultural elements. Each of the 195 apartments features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer unparalleled panoramic views of the city. The rooms as well as common areas feature clean, modern lines as well as high-quality fixtures and materials.

Studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments with multiple configurations are available for short- and long-term bookings. In addition, the flexible design layout allows for select studio units to be combined with two- and three-bedroom units to cater to large families.  Prices start from VND2,590,000++ per night.

Guests will be able to enjoy luxury amenities including 24-hour concierge and security, laundry and dry-cleaning services, room service and airport transfers. Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, resident’s lounge, and restaurant serving local, Western, and Singaporean cuisine such as char kuey teow, mee siam, and chicken rice.  Residents can also enjoy the host of retail, dining and lifestyle outlets including Takashimaya Department Store, at the seven storey retail mall at Saigon Centre.

The Grand Tower was artfully designed by award-winning architectural firm NBBJ from New York, while its interiors were elegantly designed by Design Worldwide Partnership (DWP).
