OPENING SUMMER 2019- Longevity Health and wellness hotel, Western Algarve, Portugal

Due to open in August 2019, the 5*Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel will feature 70 rooms and suites (soundproofed with private balconies and wellness minibars), a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views of the bay of Alvor and a world-class wellness and medical spa. Nutritious meals adhere to every diet- from detox to gluten free, anti-inflammatory, alkaline and keto- and all guests can choose from a wide selection of impactful programmes from shorter stays focused on spa to intensive longer stays looking into hormone optimisation, intense detox, weight loss and body reshape, combining modern Western medicine with ancient Eastern wisdom. OPENING SUMMER 2019- Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti, Dolomites, Italy

Due to open next summer and set amongst the trees in the splendid scenery of the Dolomites, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti is a year-round eco wellness resort built of sustainable materials. There’s an organic restaurant serving healthy, seasonal, Med cuisine as well as a 5,000 square metre temple spa with an aquatic epicentre that evokes the ancient thermal baths and includes a sports swimming pool and a number of heated indoor/outdoor pools. New destination yoga Group Retreats:
