Luxury Devonshire country house hotel and spa, Boringdon Hall is offering guests a ‘Nourishing New Year’ with the launch of a two-night health and wellness focused stay, aimed at providing the perfect opportunity to renew, reset and replenish in preparation for all that 2020 sets to offer.

Book a long-weekend or mid-week escape and retreat to the enchanted property to enjoy long walks throughout Dartmoor, cosy afternoons in fire-lit lounges and access to the award-winning Gaia Spa before experiencing Head Chef Scott Paton’s exquisite seasonally-led cooking as part of a vegan tasting menu in the award-winning Gallery Restaurant.

The Gaia Spa provides a special setting, designed to transcend the stress of the modern-day routine, where guests find themselves naturally relaxed. The spa facilities include a luxury indoor swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool with countryside views, fitness centre, Finnish sauna, crystal salt steam room, Laconium herbal sauna and alfresco hot tubs. Pricing for the Nourishing New Year package: Mid-week: double occupancy £490, single occupancy £320; Weekend: double occupancy £530, single occupancy £360.

Inclusions: a two-night stay in a courtyard-room; five-course vegan tasting menu in The Gallery restaurant; bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling wine with dinner; access to all fitness classes and spa facilities; and personal training session. A 120min Gaia ritual can be added for an additional £120 per person (usually £195) and guests will receive 10% off any other spa treatments booked during the stay.

Arrival Tuesday – Sunday throughout January and February 2020 (not valid 14 – 16 February 2020). Treatments and personal training sessions must be pre-booked prior to arrival.
