Antigua Hiking and Yoga Retreat

 

Specialist Caribbean travel company Hike Caribbean has introduced a new five-night hiking and yoga group retreat on 1 May 2019.

The trip will be based at Sugar Ridge hotel in Antigua and is perfect for those looking to relax with restorative yoga sessions, while exploring the Caribbean islands on foot in the company of like-minded people. Prices start from £999 per person for a five night retreat.

The trip departing on the 1 May 2019 and returning on the 6 May, offers twice daily yoga classes at the hotels new impressive Yoga space called The Shed. There’s also the Antigua Nature Walk and Village Walk, offering the opportunity to see plenty of fauna and flora, scenic views and Antigua’s white sand beaches. There’s also plenty of time to relax by the pool, hit the gym or book a spa treatment. Plus, this trip is during Antigua’s famous sailing week, when the island will be buzzing with additional visitors, events and parties.

Sugar Ridge is the perfect base for a well-being focused trip to Antiqua offering well-appointed rooms which literally wrap around an exotic tropical hillside location providing undisturbed seclusion. Many rooms have private plunge pools boasting sea views and the property’s 43 acres of lush indigenous flora and fauna. There is a choice of two restaurants and lounges, and three pools as well as a 2500 sq. ft. Aveda Concept Spa – the only in the Caribbean – and a 2000 sq. ft. Cybex gym.

Prices for the five-night trip is available from £999 pp based on two sharing a Deluxe King room on a B&B basis and includes transfers, hikes and yoga, or from £1,649 pp which includes international flights from Gatwick to Antigua on BA.  Single occupancy is available from £1,799 or £2,499 including flights.
