Icelandair will begin flights from Reykjavik (KEF) to Tampa International (TPA) on Wednesday 6th September 2017. The new year-round service will operate twice a week departing on Wednesdays and Sundays and returning on Thursdays and Mondays.

Flights will depart KEF at 17.10 arriving into TPA at 21.00 and will return at 18.55 the following day arriving into KEF at 06.10 + 1 day. This schedule means the flights connect smoothly with those from four of the seven UK gateways Icelandair serve including Manchester, Glasgow, Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Icelandair’s geographic position on the shortest flight path between Europe and North America means it offers some of the quickest transatlantic routes.
From the UK, Icelandair flies from Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Aberdeen* and Belfast* (from June) airports via Iceland to New York (JFK & Newark), Orlando, Vancouver, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, Seattle, Washington DC, Montreal, Anchorage, Portland, Denver, Minneapolis, Edmonton, Halifax and Philadelphia. Flights to Tampa will begin on 6th September 2017.
