Editor Appears on Food Travel Talk TV

 

Travel Begins at 40 editor Mark Bibby Jackson appeared on Food Travel Talk TV on 21 July when he was interviewed by the show’s founder and presenter Erik Wolf.

Bibby Jackson talked on a plethora of subjects from his vast range of travel experiences, especially in Southeast Asia. He explained how he beleived that getting to understand the food of a country is the best way to understand its culture, as well as the importance of Slow Food and Slow Travel.
