The Awards, now in its 8th year, honours the people behind these outstanding properties and bringing together members of The Master Key Society; where relationships are built exclusively among the Award Winners by facilitating hotel exchange visits between them.

With over 350 nominees in more than 80 countries, entrants are nominated by members of a committee of travel experts, some by the hotel’s guests and some through self nomination. They are then evaluated personally by a member of the Boutique Hotel Awards experienced judging team, ensuring that all the winners are capable of transporting their guests into a novel world through the history of the location, its culture and its own stylistic flaire. The Award winner’s service will be intuitive, their environment intimate and the experience priceless.
