This summer, catch The Comedy of Errors, Shakespeare’s comedy about misplaced siblings and confused identities, at the Globe Theatre.

See a performance of one of William Shakespeare’s most famous comedies in the theatre that is most true to the setting where the world’s greatest playwright’s works would have first been enacted.

The Plot of The Comedy of Errors

A shipwreck separates two pairs of twins, who thereafter land in rival cities. After spending twenty years apart, they unintentionally cross paths, which starts a chain of erratic events that build to an astonishing climax.

Directed by the Globe’s Associate Artistic Director Sean Holmes, William Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors goes to show that seeing is not always believing.
