Celebrating the colourful collision of creativity and culture across our communities, the world renowned Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade unites hundreds of thousands of revellers for the biggest night on the LGBTQI+ calendar.

Sydney WorldPride 2025 is the most colourful LGBTQ+ celebration in the southern hemisphere, and one of the largest in the world. The festival takes place in February and March in New South Wales and incorporates Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.

Sydney World Pride 2025

Some half a million people are expected to participate in the World Pride Sydney, with in excess of 300 events scheduled, making it a must-attend event should you be in the New South Wales capital at the time.

The World Pride 2025 even is not simply about having a good time as it has a serious side too. Parallel to Sydney WorldPride 2025, will be a Human Rights Conference focusing on issues relating to discrimination against people due to their sexual orientation or identity.

The Pride Sydney event will take place from 16 February to 2 March, 2025.
