The RHS Malvern Spring Festival (or Malvern county show) will once more be held at Worcestershire’s Three Counties Showground in May. The four-day celebration of everything horticultural is a highlight of the horticultural year.

The Malvern Spring Show is seen by some as the commencement of the RHS flower show season, as well as a seed bed for fresh horticultural talent. It also has the beautiful Malvern Hills as a most spectacular backdrop.

RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2025

Kick off the season with the vibrant RHS Malvern Spring Festival, the first RHS show of 2025, showcasing 27 spectacular gardens. From immersive outdoor designs to inventive indoor plant displays, this year’s event offers endless inspiration for garden lovers of all kinds.

Eight RHS-judged Show Gardens lead the outdoor line-up, including Emily Crowley-Wroe’s urban rewilding project and Marc Harbourne-Bessant’s tranquil hospice retreat. Two stunning Feature Gardens add to the mix—Jamie Langlands’ ‘Hedgerow to Home’ and the innovative ‘Grain to Garden’ by TASK Training Academy.

Indoors, the Festival of Houseplants returns with the debut of RHS-judged Indoor Plant Gardens. Explore eight thoughtful designs, including ‘Neo Flora,’ a powerful reflection on teen mental health through houseplants. With 50+ specialist sellers and workshops led by plant experts, indoor plant lovers are in for a treat.

Shop from over 60 award-winning nurseries in the Floral Marquee, find unique gardening tools and décor in the Plant Village, and enjoy artisan gifts, artwork, and gourmet treats in the Shopping Halls and Food & Drink Pavilion. Don’t miss ‘Sell-Off Sunday’ for the best end-of-show plant bargains.

Enjoy lively talks and demos at the Festival Theatre with Alan Titchmarsh, Rachel de Thame, and other gardening stars. Catch live cooking shows with chefs like Raymond Blanc at the Kitchen Garden Theatre. Learn more at the Potting Shed or get hands-on at the new ‘Give it a Grow’ stage.

New this year: ‘Dog Day’ on Sunday 11 May welcomes pups on leads, and VIP experiences offer early access tours, breakfast, and cream tea with gardening celebs.

Half-day “Taster Tickets” are also back for Saturday 10th May—perfect for plant shopping or a relaxed afternoon out.
