History of the Ozora Festival

The Ozora Festival, which began in 2004, has grown from a small gathering into one of the most well-known festivals of its kind in Europe. Over the years, Ozora has evolved into a major global event. The cost of the festival typically includes access to all performances and workshops. Tickets go on sale in the autumn before and cost 190 Euros, rising to 290 Euros on the gate.

It’s highly recommended to buy tickets early here, as the festival is very popular and tends to sell out quickly, with only a limited number of tickets available at the gate.

Things to Do near Dadpuszta

While Dadpuszta is the perfect festival destination, it also offers visitors plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding areas. The nearby town of Székesfehérvár (known locally as “Fehérvár”), a historic city, is home to beautiful medieval architecture and fascinating museums, such as the King Stephen Museum.

If you’re in the mood for nature, the Velence Hills are just a short drive away, offering excellent hiking trails and picturesque views. You can also enjoy the famous Lake Velence, a popular spot for beaches, swimming, boating, and sunbathing. Part of it is also a nature reserve.

A flight from New York to Budapest takes approximately 11 hours, if flying with British Airways through London.

From Los Angeles, fly to a European city of your choice and change planes.

To get from Budapest Airport to Dadpuszta, special shuttle services are available for festival-goers.
