Ellen McDougall’s interpretation of Shakespeare’s classic comedy As You Like It runs at the Globe Theatre until 29 October.

This performance, which stars Isabel Adomakoh Young as Orlando and Nina Bowers as Rosalind, with Tessa Parr as Touchstone has been described as “joyous” by Time Out and “exuberant” by Daily Telegraph, so expect lots of energy on the Bard’s boards.

As You Like It

As You Like It Plot

The court of Duke Ferdinand is rife with division, Rosalind is banished and escapes to the Forest of Arden. Here, away from the rules and regulations of court life with her cousin Celia (Macy-Jacob Seelochan) they explore fresh identities.

Surrounded by nature they forge new relationships and inevitably fall madly in love – well, this is a Shakespearean comedy, just as you like it.

When Is It?

To 29 October, 2023. The play lasts for two hours and 30 minutes with a 20 minute interval.

How much are the tickets?

£5 (standing) to £65.
